This is The House of MAWLID (House of Birth) of The Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in Makkah al-Mukarramah
When the Wahhabi Khawarij took over Makkah in the 1920s they destroyed the dome on top of the house where the Prophet ﷺ was born.
It was then used as a cattle market before being turned into a library after a campaign by Meccans.
Once a Mosque now a Library there are concerns the Al Sauds want to totally demolish it and build hotels in its place under the guise of the expansion of the Grand Mosque.
